1. What is the Shelf Life of the Cedros Bay products?
  • We ensure all our Cedros Bay products undergo stability testing and they are all approved to last approximately 12 months. You can find the expiry dates of the products on the base of the packaging.
2. Where are your products made?
  • All of our products are made in Trinidad and Tobago. Our owners are made up of a number of sustainable Coconut Farms in Trinidad and Tobago, allowing us to be transparent in the sourcing of our key ingredient – Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. True Farm to Skin Beauty.
3. Are the scrubs safe to use on your face?
  • Yes the scrubs are safe to use on your face however we do not recommend using them to exfoliate your skin to use the coffee scrub on your face due to the larger
4. What type of coconut oil do you use?
  • We only use 100% Organic Virgin (Cold Pressed) Coconut Oil from sustainable coconut farms in Cedros, Trinidad and Tobago.
5. Are these products safe to use on sensitive skin?
  • Cedros Bay was designed and formulated for persons with sensitive skin as all ingredients used in our products are safe for your skin.
6. Are these safe to use when pregnant or on babies and children?

Yes Cedros Bay is extremely safe to use while pregnant or on babies and children. Our products are all natural and vegan which are safe to use on all skin types. The coconut lotion is great for moms trying to prevent stretch marks as well as keeping your babies or children skin soft.

7. Do your products have SPF?

Coconut Oil has a natural SPF of 5. We do recommend using sunscreen daily to protect your skin after using our products.

8. Are your products Gluten Free?

Cedros Bay is 100% Gluten Free.

9. Can men use your products?

Yes Cedros Bay is for everyone! It is a unisex brand for all skin types.

10. Can I use more than 1 discount code at checkout?

We currently only allow 1 discount code to be used so choose wisely. Sign up for our email campaign for monthly or seasonal discount codes.

11. Where can we recycle Cedros Bay products?

All of our packaging is recyclable so you can recycle your jars and lids at your nearest recycling centre. In Trinidad and Tobago, we recommend iCARe bins and SWMCOL.

12. How to recycle the Cedros Bay products?

We would love if you could thoroughly clean your jars and lids with water and soap. Then you can send the jars and lids to your local recycling centre to be recycled as they fall under category 1 in Plastics (PET).

13. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to over 200 countries.

14. What is TTD?

TTD refers to the Trinidad and Tobago Dollar. please refer to your local bank for currency exchange rates.

15. What’s the process for local delivery in Trinidad and Tobago?

Shipping in Trinidad and Tobago will take approximately 5-7 business days with our local carrier TTPOST at a flat rate of $30TTD for up to 25kg.
